Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
The information you give us: the answers to the PR-gap check, your contact details, and — if you become a client — the intake details needed to run your job-search campaign (occupation, credentials, permit status, target province and stream, and application outcomes).
How we use it
To assess fit, run and improve your placement campaign, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Employers and hiring contacts, only as part of applications you authorize; and a licensed RCIC (regulated by the CICC) for permanent-residency assessment, with your consent. We use service providers (for example, our database and email tools) who process data on our behalf.
Where it's stored
Client data is held in a database hosted in Canada. We keep it only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Email & anti-spam (CASL)
We send commercial messages consistent with Canada's anti-spam law, and every message includes an easy way to unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you at any time — just reach out through our contact page.
This is a general template and not legal advice; it should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
