Deposits

The deposit reserves your spot and covers the intake, targeting, and setup work that begins immediately. Because that work starts right away, deposits are generally non-refundable once we've begun — your service agreement states the exact terms.

Success fees

The success fee is only charged when you land a qualifying role. If you don't, you don't pay it.

The 90-day interview guarantee

On the Done-For-You plan, our remedy for not producing an interview within 90 days is continued work at no additional service fee — not a cash refund. This lets us keep pushing on your behalf rather than simply walking away.
