What CTM Global is

CTM Global is a done-for-you job-placement service. We help you target and apply to jobs that support your permanent-residency goals. We are not an immigration consultancy and do not provide immigration advice — that is handled by a licensed RCIC (regulated by the CICC).

No guarantee of PR

We cannot and do not guarantee permanent residency, a job offer, or an immigration outcome. Those decisions rest with employers and government authorities.

Fees

Plans are a deposit plus a success fee, described at sign-up. The success fee is tied to landing a qualifying role. Specific amounts and triggers are set out in your service agreement.

The 90-day interview guarantee

On our flagship Done-For-You plan, if a managed campaign does not produce an interview within 90 days, we continue working at no additional service fee until it does. Details and conditions are in the service agreement and our Refund Policy.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and not to ask us to misrepresent your experience or credentials. Misrepresentation can jeopardize your immigration status and is grounds for us to stop work.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
